Final Entry

Maybe I'm just an idealist..but I really think our society sucks.
There are so many wrongs being committed, and nobody is even batting an eye.
What good will it do if we scream out...if people just drown out our screams by pumping cheerful ignorance into their ears via I-pods, televisions, and other conveniences?

I'm tired of the excuses.
I'm tired of the laziness.
DO SOMETHING DAMMIT.

How can you look into the eyes of a child who is forced to work hard labor instead of go to school....and then just look away unaffected?
How can you witness the rich getting richer and the poor getting poorer..and then just look away unaffected?
How can you see people being discrimated and hated wrongfully...and then just look away unaffected?
How can you witness migrant workers [and their children] being paid fractions of the profits their work is making...and then just look away unaffected?
How can you see everything that's wrong..and then just look away unaffected?
